課題組簡(jiǎn)介
陶生策教授團(tuán)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)期深耕系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)與高通量生物學(xué),率先建立了蛋白質(zhì)芯片平臺(tái),原創(chuàng)開(kāi)發(fā)了臨近標(biāo)記技術(shù) SPIDER,并在藥物靶蛋白發(fā)現(xiàn)與作用機(jī)制研究方向持續(xù)取得突破,相關(guān)成果已發(fā)表于多篇國(guó)際期刊。現(xiàn)因科研工作需要,誠(chéng)邀1–2名優(yōu)秀青年博士加入,共同探索環(huán)肽藥物新天地。
招聘崗位:博士后研究員(1-2名)
研究方向:
- 環(huán)肽藥物的篩選、改造與功能解析
基于 mRNA display / phage display 搭建環(huán)肽篩選新平臺(tái)
開(kāi)發(fā)基因編碼與非天然氨基酸介導(dǎo)的環(huán)肽合成策略
對(duì)獲選分子進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及體內(nèi)外功能驗(yàn)證
崗位要求:
- 已獲或即將獲得生物學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位;
- 具備環(huán)肽設(shè)計(jì)‑合成或 mRNA display 經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
- 具有扎實(shí)的分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞與動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)操作基礎(chǔ);
- 以第一作者身份在國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表過(guò)高水平論文,藥物作用機(jī)制方向優(yōu)先;
- 英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利,能獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)科研論文;
- 熱愛(ài)科研,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與溝通能力。

Postdoctoral Research Opportunities

About the Lab
The Tao Lab pioneers large‑scale and systems‑level approaches to biology. We established one of the first comprehensive protein microarray platforms, invented the proximity‑labeling technology SPIDER, and continue to develop cutting‑edge methods for target identification and mechanism‑of‑action studies. Our recent work on drug‑target discovery has been published in leading international journals. To expand these efforts, we invite 1–2 talented postdoctoral researchers to join our multidisciplinary team.
Position
- Postdoctoral Researcher (Full‑time, 1–2 openings)
Research Focus
- Cyclic‑peptide therapeutics: discovery, optimization, and functional characterization
Construct novel mRNA display / phage display platforms for cyclic‑peptide screening
Develop gene‑encoded and non‑canonical amino‑acid‑based synthesis strategies
Optimize lead peptides and evaluate their biological activity in vitro and in vivo
Candidate Qualifications
- Ph.D. (awarded or expected soon) in chemical biology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or related fields
- Hands‑on experience in cyclic‑peptide design/synthesis or mRNA display is highly desirable
- Solid skills in molecular biology, cell culture, and animal experimentation
- Proven publication record as first author in peer‑reviewed international journals (mechanistic drug studies preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write scientific manuscripts independently
- Strong commitment to research, a sense of responsibility, and effective teamwork abilities
