* Deep involvement in empirical/experimental research on the psychology of judgment & decision making, and the psychology of creative behaviors and problem-solving.
* Deep involvement in the classroom teaching practices
招聘條件：
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or other behavioral-science based disciplines (e.g., marketing, management, human resources, etc.);
* Interest in pursuing advanced degrees in various areas related to behavioral sciences;
* Experience in drafting papers and making presentations in English;
* Familiarity with experimental methodology and multivariate statistics;
* Familiarity with common statistical software;
* Ability to support professors in administration duties;
* Responsible, outgoing, & resilient
