北京大學國際法學院（Peking University School of Transnational Law, 簡稱“STL”）位于北京大學深圳校區(qū)，創(chuàng)立于2008年，是國內(nèi)唯一提供美國法律培養(yǎng)模式（J.D.）的法學院， 也是中國及全世界范圍內(nèi)，唯一將美國法律培養(yǎng)模式（J.D.）和我國傳統(tǒng)的法律碩士培養(yǎng)模式（J.M.）相結(jié)合培養(yǎng)法律人才的法學院。同時，學院還針對國際學生提供LL.M.培養(yǎng)項目。STL廣泛聘請世界頂尖學者，成功組建了卓越的國際化師資隊伍。

因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要，北京大學國際法學院招聘 教務專員1名。國際法學院將為獲聘者提供一個氣氛融洽的、雙語的、合作性的工作環(huán)境，讓獲聘者的個人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺中得到全面挖掘和提升。

教務專員是學院教務團隊的一員，教務團隊主要負責我院的教學管理、教學服務和教學監(jiān)督，教務專員向主管教務工作的院領(lǐng)導匯報工作。

一、崗位要求

1.   要求碩士及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限，有法律及留學背景的將優(yōu)先考慮；

2.   具備出色的溝通技巧和創(chuàng)造性解決問題的能力，對細節(jié)有著敏銳的洞察力；

3.   能夠在處理學生事務時兼顧人文關(guān)懷與學術(shù)紀律的執(zhí)行；

4.   具備優(yōu)秀的英文聽說讀寫能力，能夠熟練應對中英雙語及跨文化的工作環(huán)境，包括高效完成各類文書撰寫任務；

5.   熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，特別是Excel，能運用Python等編程語言提升工作效率者更佳，但非硬性要求。

6.   有高校工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，但非硬性要求。

二、工作職責

1.   報到注冊和學籍管理；

2.   安排課程和考試，管理成績等；

3.   與授課教師和學校相關(guān)行政部門保持良好的溝通；

4.   為學生提供教務咨詢服務；

5.   參與學院活動，諸如畢業(yè)典禮、招生面試、夏令營以及擔任學生班主任等；

6.   領(lǐng)導交辦的其他事項。

PEKING UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW (“STL”), part of PKU’s Shenzhen Graduate School, is the only law school in China that offers an American Common Law Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), and the only law school in the world that offers both an American law J.D. and a China law Juris Master’s degree (J.M.). STL also offers a unique LL.M. program for international students. STL has assembled an outstanding multinational faculty of scholars from China, the U.S., the EU, Korea, Israel and etc.

STL seeks one creative and motivated individual for the position of Officer of Academic Affairs. STL offers an engaging bilingual and collaborative working environment, which will hone and promote the candidate’s abilities to work in a cross-cultural professional environment.

The candidate must be attentive to detail and an excellent communicator and be fluent in English. The Officer will be part of the School’s Academic Affairs team, which administers the School’s academic program, which principally consists of a dual Juris Master and U.S. Juris Doctor degree.

The Officer will work under the supervision of the Director to manage student registration, schedule courses, administer exams, coordinate with faculty and the University, counsel students, and complete other tasks as assigned, such as serving as class counselor for students. Experience working in an institution of higher education is preferred but not required.
