先進(jìn)電子材料研究中心(AMC)成立于2010年，在先進(jìn)電子封裝材料國(guó)家地方聯(lián)合工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室平臺(tái)的支撐下，籌建深圳市電子材料國(guó)際創(chuàng)新研究院，致力于晶圓級(jí)封裝關(guān)鍵材料、芯片級(jí)封裝關(guān)鍵材料、介電材料、熱管理材料、電磁屏蔽材料、封裝材料計(jì)算與仿真、金屬互連材料與封裝材料可靠性等方面的前沿研究。

熱電轉(zhuǎn)換材料與器件團(tuán)隊(duì)組建于2020年，負(fù)責(zé)人劉睿恒研究員，國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才項(xiàng)目、廣東省杰出青年基金、深圳市優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，團(tuán)隊(duì)主要從事室溫附近熱電材料與器件研究、芯片元器件主動(dòng)熱管理封裝技術(shù)、半導(dǎo)體薄膜與傳感器件研究。迄今共發(fā)表Nature communication、Joule、Energy & environmental Sicence等學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇，團(tuán)隊(duì)依托集成電路材料全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及國(guó)內(nèi)唯一的電子封裝材料驗(yàn)證線，具備完備的芯片級(jí)熱電熱管理材料與器件的研發(fā)、表征測(cè)試平臺(tái)，承擔(dān)了國(guó)家級(jí)、及省市級(jí)項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。

職位說(shuō)明

博士后

崗位職責(zé)

1. 研究方向

1）中低溫?zé)犭姴牧吓c器件研究：開(kāi)展材料合成制備，器件設(shè)計(jì)與集成。

2）低維熱電材料與器件研究：開(kāi)展機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)輔助低維材料設(shè)計(jì)與合成制備，低維材料輸運(yùn)微納測(cè)量，器件構(gòu)型設(shè)計(jì)與封裝集成研究。

2. 與合作導(dǎo)師共同承擔(dān)科研課題，發(fā)表高水平研究論文，申請(qǐng)各類(lèi)科研項(xiàng)目、專(zhuān)利；

根據(jù)院所安排，承擔(dān)一定的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理工作。

任職條件

1.獲得博士學(xué)位不超過(guò)3年，年齡在35周歲（含）以下，具有較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)能力；未在廣東省從事過(guò)博士后工作；

2.材料化學(xué)、材料物理背景，并在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表過(guò)學(xué)術(shù)文章；

3.具備獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)和開(kāi)展科研項(xiàng)目研究的能力；團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)強(qiáng)，響應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，工作積極主動(dòng)。有重大研究成果者優(yōu)先考慮；

4.能夠全職在深圳先進(jìn)院完成博士后研究；

5.具有MEMS器件集成封裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或者金屬合金材料相場(chǎng)仿真研究，或者有海外港澳學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

福利待遇

1.博士后期間綜合年收入含全額政府補(bǔ)貼、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性薪酬、獎(jiǎng)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；

-廣東省海外博士后人才支持項(xiàng)目（在站60萬(wàn)/2年，出站留粵住房補(bǔ)貼40萬(wàn)/3年，總額100萬(wàn)）

3.出站優(yōu)先提供留院、校工作機(jī)會(huì)；表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異者出站可申請(qǐng)副高職稱(chēng)崗位；

4.出站后如留深簽約3年工作勞動(dòng)合同，可申請(qǐng)深圳市博士后留深來(lái)深科研資助30萬(wàn)，每年10萬(wàn)共計(jì)3年，全面保障并協(xié)助申請(qǐng)出站后各類(lèi)補(bǔ)貼福利；

Job Description

Research Areas:

1. Design and development of MEMS thermoelectric devices;

2. Material phase-field simulation

Applicant Qualification

1) Aged under 35. Have a Ph. D degree received within 3 years. Strong English ability is preferred.

2) Research experience in MEMS thermopile devices or material phase-field simulation, and published academic articles in related fields.

3) Applicants who have achieved significant research results preferred.

4) Full-time position.

Salary and Benefits

1)   During the postdoctoral period, the comprehensive annual income includes full government subsidies, competitive salaries, and bonus rewards.

(Including 150,000RMB/year from Guangdong Province, 60,000RMB/year from Shenzhen City)
