一、中心簡(jiǎn)介

二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

劉嵐，首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)教授，臨床研究中心主任。首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心高級(jí)研究員。獲得海外高層次人才稱號(hào)。本科于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系畢業(yè)后，2010年赴美國(guó)北卡羅來(lái)那大學(xué)教堂山分校 (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) 攻讀生物統(tǒng)計(jì)專業(yè)（該校專業(yè)排名全美前三）碩博連讀，三年后于2013年獲得博士學(xué)位。后赴美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)生物統(tǒng)計(jì)和流行病系從事博士后研究，并在美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)獲得統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)長(zhǎng)聘副教授，曾任明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)咨詢中心主任。

劉嵐教授從事統(tǒng)計(jì)理論和應(yīng)用研究。在理論上主要學(xué)術(shù)成果包括：第一，流行病學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)里的干涉問(wèn)題，提出并論證了在干涉情況下兩階段隨機(jī)化方法的統(tǒng)計(jì)方案，第二，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)的非依從性和非隨機(jī)缺失問(wèn)題，提出了新的識(shí)別性和估計(jì)方法用以矯正偏差，第三，fMRI數(shù)據(jù)降維問(wèn)題，針對(duì)大腦內(nèi)功能相關(guān)區(qū)域的信號(hào)出現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)提出高效的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。在統(tǒng)計(jì)和醫(yī)學(xué)雜志發(fā)表論文30余篇，共主導(dǎo)五個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)的研究項(xiàng)目（其中的一個(gè)在當(dāng)年的NIH基金評(píng)審中排名前1%）。劉嵐教授擔(dān)任統(tǒng)計(jì)頂級(jí)期刊Journal of American Statistical Association (JASA) 的副主編，醫(yī)學(xué)頂級(jí)期刊The Lancet 的統(tǒng)計(jì)審稿人，醫(yī)學(xué)期刊Journal of American Heart Association (JAHA) 客座編輯（Guest Editor）、統(tǒng)計(jì)編輯，Cell子刊Med的統(tǒng)計(jì)編輯，Stroke雜志統(tǒng)計(jì)編輯，Lancet Neurology、Journal of Thoracic Oncology、eClinicalMedicine統(tǒng)計(jì)審稿人，另外還擔(dān)任了20余個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)、流行病、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)雜志的審稿人（如American Journal of Epidemiology，Annals of Applied Statistics，Biometrics，Biometrika，Biostatistics，Journal of Econometrics，Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series B，Scandinavian Journal of Statistics，Statistics in Medicine 等）。

在統(tǒng)計(jì)應(yīng)用上，劉嵐教授在美國(guó)食品藥品監(jiān)管局（FDA）工作實(shí)習(xí)，參與了對(duì)于缺失數(shù)據(jù)指導(dǎo)方案前期的探索研究。在美期間，劉嵐教授與醫(yī)學(xué)專家合作，進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析，論文發(fā)表在多個(gè)不同領(lǐng)域醫(yī)學(xué)雜志。同時(shí)，劉嵐教授和首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)多家附屬醫(yī)院的多個(gè)科室都有深度合作。此外，劉嵐教授擁有豐富的統(tǒng)計(jì)咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)，與美敦力公司，美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)州財(cái)政部、勞工部、刑事犯罪局、紐約房屋管理局均有合作項(xiàng)目。

三、招聘職位：統(tǒng)計(jì)師

（一）崗位職責(zé)

1.參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室所負(fù)責(zé)的前沿醫(yī)學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目（涵蓋臨床研究、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)等方向）；

2.參與研究設(shè)計(jì)，提供專業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)支持，包括樣本量估算、隨機(jī)化方案制定等；

3.建立和維護(hù)高質(zhì)量研究數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，進(jìn)行復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)管理和清洗；

4.運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法（如多變量分析、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用、縱向數(shù)據(jù)分析、生存分析等）進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析、建模和結(jié)果解讀；

5.負(fù)責(zé)或參與撰寫統(tǒng)計(jì)分析計(jì)劃（SAP）和研究報(bào)告（包括圖表制作與結(jié)果展示）；

6.根據(jù)研究需求，開發(fā)或優(yōu)化特定的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析流程和算法；

7.參與結(jié)果討論、論文撰寫及國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流。

（二）任職要求

1.頂尖學(xué)歷背景：

擁有統(tǒng)計(jì)（Statisticis）或生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)（Biostatistics）碩士或以上學(xué)位；

碩士學(xué)位畢業(yè)于國(guó)際一流學(xué)府。

2.專業(yè)核心能力：

1) 扎實(shí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)（概率論、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、線性模型、廣義線性模型、生存分析等）；

2) 精通至少一種主流統(tǒng)計(jì)分析編程語(yǔ)言（如R），并能熟練進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清洗、處理和分析；

3) 深入理解生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究的設(shè)計(jì)原則與方法（隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)、隊(duì)列研究、病例對(duì)照研究等）；

4)具備良好的統(tǒng)計(jì)建模能力和解決復(fù)雜醫(yī)學(xué)問(wèn)題的能力。

（三）其他重要素質(zhì)：

優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維能力、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致的科研態(tài)度和獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的能力；

出色的中英文書面與口語(yǔ)溝通能力（能夠在多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)和國(guó)際合作環(huán)境中高效交流），托福105分以上；

強(qiáng)烈的求知欲和學(xué)習(xí)能力，關(guān)注生物統(tǒng)計(jì)方法學(xué)前沿發(fā)展。

（四）優(yōu)先條件：擁有生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域（如流行病學(xué)、臨床試驗(yàn)、藥物研發(fā)等）的實(shí)際研究或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉相關(guān)監(jiān)管要求（如FDA/EMA/NMPA）者優(yōu)先。

Laboratory Introduction

Lan Liu, Professor at Capital Medical University, Director of the Clinical Research Center, and Associate Investigator at CIMR. Recipient of the Overseas High-Level Talent award. After earning her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China, she pursued a Ph.D. in Biostatistics (Top 3 U.S. program) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, obtaining her doctorate in 2013. She later conducted postdoctoral research in Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Harvard University and became a tenured Associate Professor of Statistics at the University of Minnesota, where she served as Director of the Statistical Consulting Center.

Prof. Liu’s research spans statistical theory and applications. Key theoretical contributions include:

Addressing interference in epidemiology/sociology by proposing and validating statistical frameworks for two-stage randomization designs.

Developing novel identification and estimation methods to correct biases from noncompliance and non-random missing data in clinical medicine.

Creating efficient statistical methods for fMRI data dimension reduction, accounting for co-fluctuations in functionally related brain regions.

She has published 30+ papers in statistical and medical journals and led five national research projects (one ranked top 1% in NIH peer review).

Prof. Liu serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Statistical Association (JASA), Statistical Reviewer for The Lancet, Guest Statistical Editor for the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA) and Med (Cell Press), Statistical Editor for Stroke, and reviewer for Lancet Neurology, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, eClinicalMedicine, and 20+ other statistical/epidemiological/economics journals (e.g., American Journal of Epidemiology, Annals of Applied Statistics, Biometrics, Biometrika, Biostatistics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society: Series B, Scandinavian Journal of Statistics, Statistics in Medicine).

In applied statistics, Prof. Liu interned at the U.S. FDA, contributing to exploratory studies for missing data guidelines. She collaborated extensively with medical experts in the U.S. on experimental design and data analysis, publishing across medical domains. Currently, she partners with multiple departments at Capital Medical University’s affiliated hospitals. Her statistical consulting experience includes projects with Medtronic, the Minnesota Departments of Finance/Labor, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the New York City Housing Authority.

Biostatistician

Main Responsibilities

a. Participate in cutting-edge medical research projects (clinical/translational studies).

b. Provide statistical support for study design, including sample size estimation and randomization.

c. Establish/maintain high-quality databases; perform complex data management/cleaning.

d. Apply advanced statistical methods (multivariate analysis, machine learning, longitudinal/survival analysis) for modeling and interpretation.

e. Lead/contribute to statistical analysis plans (SAPs), reports, and visualizations.

f. Develop/optimize statistical workflows and algorithms.

g. Engage in results discussions, manuscript writing, and international academic exchanges.

Qualifications

a. Elite Academic Background:

Master’s or higher in Statistics/Biostatistics.

Graduate degree from a globally top-tier institution.

b. Technical Expertise:

Strong foundation in probability, mathematical statistics, linear/generalized linear models, and survival analysis.

Proficiency in ≥1 statistical programming language (e.g., R) for data cleaning/analysis.

Deep understanding of biomedical study designs (RCTs, cohort/case-control studies).

Proven ability in statistical modeling and solving complex medical problems.

c. Essential Attributes:

Excellent analytical skills, meticulous scientific rigor, and independent problem-solving.

Outstanding English/Chinese communication (TOEFL ≥105) for multidisciplinary/international collaboration.

Intellectual curiosity and commitment to tracking biostatistics methodology advances.

d. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in biomedical research (epidemiology, clinical trials, drug development).

Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA/EMA/NMPA).
